RINSEDEBT is a fine-pixel state-carrying wash-bath scheduling puzzle. Every garment enters the same physical washer. `WASH` spends one exact Cycle, transfers removed stain into the shared bath and releases stable red or blue dye. `HEAT` doubles cleaning power. Dye, dirt and heat all survive the garment that created them; only finite `DRAIN` clears the complete bath.
