A chalk-faced Substitute hunts you by noise — crouch to stay quiet, hide in lockers and under desks, throw chalk to lure it away, and only run while the bell is ringing. Five periods from sunset to night, with the clues June left behind to collect along the way.

Fake It Till You Fly

You crashed the Monster Rave to raid the buffet, and your cover is blown. Fly home over castle battlements, Hollow Lane and Old Town in a cheap Halloween costume. When a pumpkin searchlight finds you, hold POSE and strike your costume's pose: a side-saddle witch, a plank-stiff vampire, or a skeleton that falls into a pile of bones. Scrape a roof and your costume starts coming apart. Lose it all and the whole party chases you in your boxer shorts.
