VACANCY ZERO is a self-contained portrait turn-based survival game. Move the night porter one room at a time across a seven-by-seven hotel carpet, capture haunted luggage without breaking the chain, read three distinct threat geometries, trigger matching-piece corridor clears, collect brass keys, draft four permanent services, and survive five floors until morning.
Explore the Halcyon Grand, an endless 1974 hotel of crimson carpet, damask walls and brass sconces where the night never ended. On each floor you read clues in the corridors to find the one numbered door with a cage elevator inside, while a blind, faceless Porter hunts you by sound. Hide in wardrobes, hold your breath, and follow the clues to find your sister.
