Dovetail Inquest is a portrait-first illustrated geometric mystery. Take the large ring on Nib I of a four-arm proportional divider. Its visible spring-lagged position changes the angle and aperture of all four physical nibs at once; the room is proved only when I–IV settle on the four named possessions together.
