WAXWATCH: Every Shift Writes the Night.
WAXWATCH is a compact fine-pixel sliding-hive / auto-battler puzzle. One vacancy moves through a 3 × 3 observation hive. Every adjacent bee shifted into that vacancy does two inseparable things:

PHONELACE — The Last Night Exchange
PHONELACE is an original portrait-first eight-direction number-chain puzzle. The public chain grammar is immediate: begin with two equal adjacent jacks, then continue through the same value or exactly double; the endpoint receives the next power of two at or above the chain sum.

SNAGWALL: Every Gate Keeps One Piece. Remix
SNAGWALL is an original true fine-pixel equipment-shedding silhouette relay. A courier enters each gauntlet wearing four to eight stable fittings. Choose **Tower**, **Lean**, or **Duck**. The courier's complete core must fit the carved aperture, while exactly one worn fitting must remain outside it. That fitting transfers to the physical wall; the changed body faces the next gate.
