HEIRLOAM: Every Parent Stays in the Child
HEIRLOAM is a portrait-first tactical lineage roguelike. Two named mosskin bodies defend a nest against four public needle rays in each Court. Every body is a 3×3 anatomy made of stable, named living plates. Choose which parent intercepts each ray and whether that parent quarter-turns first. A ray removes the first visible plate it meets; an empty ray reaches the nest.

BALLASTHEART: Every Rescue Changes the Gait
BALLASTHEART is an original portrait crew-ballast walking-fortress tactic. The hearth has no steering wheel: before every step, send exactly one crew member to Port, Heart or Star. The authoritative left/right weight then turns the whole machine left, keeps it straight, or turns it right before it moves. Every rescued person boards from a signed side with real weight, immediately changing the next gait.

GAVELSHOT: Every Bid Loads the Auctioneer
An original portrait-first auction-order tactics game. Every coin has two inseparable faces: its obverse value wins and strengthens the current lot, then the exact same stable coin enters a two-bid chamber and returns through its reverse Caliber. The player is not solving one bid at a time; they are ordering an entire finite purse against public Reserves, awards and delayed recoil.
