The Game of Pure Strategy (GOPS), you (cyan) versus the CPU (rose). Each of you holds a hand of cards numbered **1–13**. Thirteen "prize" cards are shuffled and turned up one at a time. Every round you both **secretly bid** one card; the higher bid wins the prize's value. **Ties carry the pot forward** to the next prize, so the stakes can pile up. Crucially, every bid card is **spent for good** — so do you blow your King on a fat prize, or bait the CPU into wasting theirs on a small one? Highest score after all thirteen prizes wins.
