Rosette Index
Rosette Index is an original portrait-first optical investigation AVG. Seven semantic witnesses are registered across each illustrated archive plate. Carry one visible brass halftone lens through a 13×17 mechanical register: its actual spring position drives seven different integer screen frequencies, causing evidence to enter or leave the current impression. Release only when the three witnesses named by the dossier are active and the other four are silent.
LACQUERLIGHT ROSETTE
A self-contained, portrait-first hex-stack sorting game set in Mio Kintsu's royal urushi and mother-of-pearl workshop. Place one layered veneer stack into an empty hex socket. Adjacent matching top bands migrate in disclosed neighbor order; eight or more matching top veneers publish a rosette and leave any underlayer available for the next resolution.
