A fine-art celestial-instrument puzzle. Wire an antique brass orrery: each engraved body must carry exactly its number of rods, and every body must link into ONE connected train, no rod crossing another — the bridges rules of Hashiwokakero. Complete the linkage and the mechanism engages: the armillary rings spin up, the bodies light, and the heavens turn. Twelve uniquely-solvable sky-charts across three chapters — the Astrolabe, the Armillary, and the Great Orrery — plus an Observatory of every mechanism you set turning. Heliolume Orrery
An original portrait-first slide-merge puzzle set inside a royal astronomical instrument. Every swipe moves all sixteen sockets along one axis, equal bodies merge once, and a new body arrives only after a valid transit. The mechanical ephemeris publishes both the next value and its preferred edge port before the player moves, replacing hidden randomness with readable planning. A commission is complete only when its crown body occupies the marked socket.
