Hearthflow is a touch-first evacuation Roguelike. Tap three physical lantern signs to cycle five directions, then sound the alarm. Eighteen stable guests—or twenty in ruler hotels—move through one continuous wall-and-door map under an exit distance field, three local sign vectors, smoke avoidance, identity-level neighbor separation and five independently capacity-limited exits while a cached 9×11 smoke grid advances through 72 diffusion frames.
