GILTSEAM: Every Fitted Piece Turns Its Neighbor Remix
GILTSEAM is an original clockwork-jigsaw roguelike built as a standalone, portrait-first HTML game. Eight stable illustrated fragments retain conventional silhouette matching and upright placement. The governing consequence lives in the loose tray: fitting one fragment removes that exact identity from a shrinking circular wheel, then rotates its PORT or STAR neighbour by one quarter. Only upright fragments can fit, so restoration order becomes the build.

Build a physical observatory lattice, route timed packets through spectral lenses and Lightwells, split them through prisms, and deliver the altar's ordered signature before dawn.
